Command Software Offers Dr. Solomon Customers a Free Upgrade to Command AntiVirus™ Which Features the Powerful CSS Central Administration System

6/12, 1998

JUPITER, FL - The acquisition of Dr. Solomon by McAfee Associates need not force Dr. Solomon users to transfer their support to a company that does not specialize in anti-virus solutions. Instead, these customers can choose the quality, comprehensive and timely anti-virus protection offered by Command AntiVirus™ (formerly known as F-PROT Professional®). Effective immediately, Dr. Solomon Anti-Virus customers can upgrade to Command AntiVirus, the industry-leading anti-virus solution from Command Software Systems, Inc. without charge. Users will receive a credit equal to the remaining term of their Dr. Solomon license, which will be credited toward their new Command AntiVirus license. In addition, Command Software will add a free additional year to the license term for those customers signing a two-year contract.

"Dr. Solomon users seeking a quality solution will find it in our new Command AntiVirus", says Command CEO and Founder, Dyan Dyer. "Most importantly, they also will benefit from Command's abiding commitment to customer satisfaction - Command Care™. They will enjoy the confidence of knowing that their anti-virus protection is cutting-edge current with hourly signature updates and automated downloads. Command's Service that Never Sleeps provides 24-hour, technical support and puts a Virus Response Alert Team at their service around the clock."

The program features superior detection and disinfection capability with new HoloCheck™ technology. HoloCheck Technology provides users with multi-layered protection from the thousands of computer viruses that are currently rampant across corporate America. This leading-edge software solution also contains CSS Central™, the industry's finest administrative GUI interface with schedulable, automatic updates and "set-and-forget" system management options.

Command AntiVirus, which is certified by ICSA (formerly NCSA) and Secure Computing, offers exceptional protection from all virus types, including Word and Excel macroviruses and other viruses passed via the Internet and e-mail. The program is constantly updated with the latest virus signatures to provide maximum defense against the dozens of viruses that emerge each week. It provides premium anti-virus protection on a variety of platforms, including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, NetWare, DOS, Windows 3.x and OS/2 Warp.

"A major upgrade to Command AntiVirus is about to be released, featuring the debut of our industry-leading, state-of-the-art scan engine with HoloCheck Technology and CSS Central a revolutionary, easy to install, easy to administer, single point centralized management system," adds Dyer.
